Processing & Dispatch Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Dispatch Notification: Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a notification with a tracking number via email/SMS.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Timelines We offer nationwide shipping across India. Delivery estimates depend on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India / Non-Metro Areas: 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking

• Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

• You can use the provided tracking ID to monitor your shipment status in real time via our logistics partner’s portal.

Undelivered / Returned Packages

• Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact details are accurate at checkout.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing details, or repeated failed delivery attempts, our team will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier rider.

• If an item inside is damaged or missing upon opening, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof so we can arrange a replacement.
